The exterior has a clean, traditional Korean design, and the interior is neat, quiet, and comfortable. There’s plenty of space between tables, so whether you’re dining with family or eating solo, it feels relaxed and welcoming.

Even without vinegar or mustard, the broth and noodles were flavorful enough to enjoy as-is. A sprinkle of seaweed flakes and sesame seeds added extra aroma and depth.
Now, let’s talk about the memil mandu (buckwheat dumplings). These were hands-down one of the highlights. Five generously sized dumplings arrived warm, with chewy, handmade buckwheat wrappers.
