๐Ÿœ Signature Dish – Creamy Kongguksu

The highlight here is without a doubt the Creamy Kongguksu. Unlike traditional versions, this one is incredibly smooth and rich. The secret? They grind soybeans three times using a stone mill, resulting in an ultra-silky and thick soy milk that coats the noodles beautifully.

The flavor is deep and nutty, but never overpowering or chalky. It’s light yet satisfying, making it a perfect summer meal. The noodles are perfectly chewy and go hand-in-hand with the cold, luscious broth. The accompanying kimchi is also refreshing and balances out the meal wonderfully.

The meat dumpling was literally full of meat and very large.

It was a very delicious dumpling with a chewy and moist dumpling skin on the outside.

๐Ÿ“บ Featured on TV

Konggemi was featured on SBS’s ‘Live Today Evening’, which highlighted the restaurant’s artisanal preparation process and use of traditional stone milling. Since the episode aired, the restaurant has become even more popular, so we recommend visiting a bit early to avoid waiting in line—especially on weekends.

๐Ÿ‘€ Ambience & Service

The restaurant has a calm, elegant interior, with plenty of space between tables so you can enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful—ideal for families, solo diners, or casual dates.

If you’re tired of overly spicy or greasy meals, Konggemi offers a refreshingly clean and healthy alternative.
